  • Started viewings at a property for sale at 10 Belmont Hill, Castleconnell, Co. Limerick.
  • Carried out walkthrough for insurance purposes at a disused bar.
  • Arranged lease at 5 Saint Thomas’s Terrace, Foynes, Co. Limerick.
  • Met with fitout company to look at new auctioneers office in Limerick.
  • Visited an apartment at The Strand Complex , Ennis Road, Limerick which Rowan Fitzgerald Limerick Auctioneers and Estate Agents are selling to carry out final walkthrough with buyer before sale closes.
  • Rented flat at Johns Square, Limerick. Met with new tenant to go through tenancy agreement and take electricity readings and inventory etc.
  • Met with landlord of an apartment they are thinking of renting out in Limerick. Explained our various services to the new client.
  • Met with a client of Rowan Fitzgerald Limerick Auctioneers and Estate Agents for which we manage a property for in The Strand Apartment complex to touch base. They are very happy with out property management service and extend contract with us.
