We focus on maximizing your rental income and try to make sure occupancy is as high as possible. So whether you need a let only service or full property management we have the know how to accommodate you.
  • Valuations: We are fully qualified “Recognised European Valuers” which means that in-order to keep this accreditation, each valuer has to complete a minimum of 20 hours continued professional development or CPD, which normally takes place in Dublin Institute of Technology approximately every quarter. This is a highly renowned qualification and adheres to annual auditing by the regulating body TEGOVA(The European Group of Valuers Association). We carry out valuations for banks, solicitors, accountants, credit unions and for probate etc.
  • Membership: Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers are a member of the IPAV(Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers), a fully licensed Estate Agency (Licenced by the PSRA). Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers are also fully insured, registered for vat and hold a cro no.
  • Personnel: Rowan Fitzgerald has been working consistently in the Limerick property market since 2002 where he first started with Leddin Auctioneers before working at O’Connor Murphy Gubbins Auctioneers and then working under his own name from 2008 to date. Rowan has a diploma in Auctioneering and Estate Agency and as mentioned above is an REV Recognised European Valuer. Rachael Coughlan has 10 years + property experience, is licenced by the PSRA and is a member of IPAV and The SCSI.
